Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, self-care practice used to cleanse the large colon and assist the body with eliminating hard to rid toxins that may be stored in the colon and other areas of the body.

New clients meet briefly with the therapist to learn the basic principles of using colon hydrotherapy. A typical session is 45 minutes of hydrotherapy followed by an electrolyte drink and after care instructions.

Tips: We recommend that you hydrate well and do not eat solid foods at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. For best results, schedule 2 consecutive days. After your appointment you may resume normal activity, i.e. work, gym, rest and relaxation. Essential Cleanse Series 2 is a 1 week series program. Not available for evening or Saturday bookings.

When sessions are grouped close together our clients report feeling and seeing their best results. It's typically recommended to schedule 2 consecutive days week 1 and repeat the same week 2. This series program is great for starters and those wanting to kick-start their cleanse or detox regimen. We include upon request relaxing aromatherapy, essential oils, heating pad and a manual massaging tool to use during sessions. A replenishment drink will follow your session.
