Each client must submit a prescreening questionnaire prior to the use of Colon Hydrotherapy and any support services we provide. A deposit and/or full payment is required to reserve our services.
If you cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance and require a refund, less a 4.5% processor fee, within 14-days of booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your refund.
If you reschedule or cancel without a 24-hour notice the full amount is due for the time you reserved and/or the minimum fee is charged to rebook our services.

Sacred Waters is your center for lifestyle medicine. We specialize in natural health. Our primary service is safe and guided colon hydrotherapy and advanced detox services and products.
Our support is available for 1-on-1 consultations and/or live group workshops.

Terms and Policies
Time is of essence. Appointments cancelled without a 24-hr notice is subject to a rescheduling fee up to the full cost of service. No shows require full payment.
A deposit or full payment is due at time of each appointment booking.
For Colon Hydrotherapy, your payment is applied to your account as a credit toward the service you selected. If you cancel 24-hrs in advance, you may request a refund via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase, less processor fee (4.5%). If you do not request a refund within 14-days of booking your payment is credited to your account for the service booked and non-refundable
Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation: Your payment on file will be charged for missed appointments. To reschedule or cancel after 24hrs, please call, text or email email@example.com. You will receive a reply to confirm we received your cancellation. The rescheduling fee is equivalent to the full cost of service, however if you reschedule online within 7 days a minimum fee may be charged.
Time is of essence: If you are 10 minutes or more late, you may miss the time reserved for your session. Please call ahead if you think you may arrive beyond the 10 minute grace period. A fee is required to reschedule a missed appointment.
No Show - No Call: We send emails and text reminders for each appointment you book with us. If you no show, we will charge the card on file for the balance due.
All booking deposits and payments are non-refundable 14 days after purchase regardless of the reason. Additional fees may be incurred with dormant or inactive accounts.
For virtual programs, classes and special events, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Mask are optional, however we reserve the right to request mask while other clients are present.
Social Distancing Sucks- We learn to adapt to the constant change on earth. Please keep personal space of others while in passing.
Virtual Waiting Room: If you arrive early we kindly request you to wait in your car until your appointment time but we want you to come in to cool off, use the bathroom, hydrate and shop if you desire.
Additionally, we request that you do not bring guest to your appointment unless they are booked for service, shopping or providing you the support you need for this life on earth.
Reschedule/Cancellation: To reschedule or cancel please refer to the email you received at the time of booking. Your booking email includes a link that will make rescheduling and cancellation simple and easy.
Missed Appointment or Late Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule with less than a 24hr notice, please text or email email@example.com. You will receive a reply to confirm we received your cancellation. Any remaining balance or fees must be paid prior to booking.
Contacting Our Facility: We love to talk to our clients and will answer all calls during business hours unless we're with or client or briefly unavailable. We are not able to respond instantly to each text message or voicemail however, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach our staff on location and/or the company's virtual assistant.
