BOOK ONLINE: Each client must submit a prescreening questionaire upon booking. A deposit and/or full payment is required to reserve a session. If you cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance and require a refund, less processor fees, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your refund. If you cancel or reschedule without a 24-hour notice there is a minimum fee of $25 to reschedule.

Health & Safety: We are doing our part to reduce the potential spread of any and all contagions or viruses. We employ strict disinfectant practices and protocols. Our lives depend on us using safe practices and protocols to protect the health of our staff and those we serve.
Mask Requested: Although we make effort to social distance when possible, we kindly request that you wear a mask while in our facility.
Social Distancing-Virtual Waiting Room: We kindly request you to wait in your car until your appointment time. Additionally, we request that you do not bring guest to your appointment unless they are booked for service as well.
Reschedule/Cancellation: Please refer to the email you received at the time of booking. Your booking email includes a link that will make rescheduling and cancellation simple and easy. If after 24 hrs, please text to cancel or email email@example.com. We will require a fee to reschedule appointment.
Contacting Our Facility: We will answer our phones at 770-460-9122 every chance we get during business hours. We are not able to respond to each text messages or voicemail instantly however, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach our staff on location and/or the company's virtual assistant.

Sacred Waters is your center for lifestyle medicine. We specialize in natural health. Our primary service is safe and guided colon hydrotherapy and advanced detox support services.
Our support service is available for 1-on-1 consultations and/or online group support.
Our goal is to help you nourish your body from the inside and out and help you get to the root cause of your nagging health symptoms.

Terms and Policies
Time is of essence. Appointments cancelled without a 24-hr notice is subject to a rescheduling fee up to the full cost of service. No shows require full payment.
Sales policy: For Colon Hydrotherapy, your payment is applied to your account as a credit toward the service you selected. If you cancel 24-hrs in advance, you may request a refund via firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase, less processor fee (3.5%). If you do not request a refund your payment is credited to your account for the service booked.
All booking deposits and payments are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase regardless of the reason. Additional fees may be incurred with dormant or inactive accounts. For virtual programs, classes and special events, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
